Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of specialty ICU nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Comfort with night shift scheduling and collaborative team-based patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU/SICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety and quality standards
• Support orientation and transition into the unit as scheduled
