Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or a compact RN license
- Current ACLS and BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
- Experience working overnight 12-hour shifts in a critical care or acute care setting
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent teamwork skills
- Prior travel nursing or Pennsylvania nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill ICU patients
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Maintain a calm, organized approach in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Deliver high-quality bedside nursing care in alignment with hospital standards and patient safety protocols
