Travel RN ICU | $2448 (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36 hours/week

Start Date: October 25, 2026
Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Shift Type: Day Shift

Shift Length: 12.5 hours (including any unpaid meal break, if applicable)
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Orientation Pay: 50%

Radius Rule: Must be 50 miles away from the facility 
 

Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.

 

Position Overview

Norton Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate must have acute care nursing experience and the required nursing license and certifications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Follow patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
