### Requirements
* Active Washington State RN License
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* **BLS** required
* **ACLS, PALS, TNCC & PEARS** required
* Moderate sedation training required within the specified onboarding period
* Acute care/ICU experience preferred
* Minimum 3 year RN experience for specialty nursing departments
* Strong critical thinking, crisis management, assessment, and decision-making skills
* Ability to care for acutely ill patients across the age continuum
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct care to critically ill patients using the nursing process
* Perform comprehensive physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive assessments
* Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
* Administer treatments and monitor patient response
* Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
* Delegate, coordinate, and supervise patient-care activities
* Maintain accurate electronic and/or paper documentation
* Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
* May function as Charge Nurse when assigned
* Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
### Assignment Details
* 13-week travel contract
* 36 guaranteed hours/week
* Night shift
* Facility may cancel up to **24 hours during the assignment at no cost**, with additional cancellation provisions noted in the job description
* No holiday coverage required
* W-2 employment; 1099 not accepted
* No mileage reimbursement
