Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience or strong critical care experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical ICU (MSICU) setting preferred
• Open-heart experience is not required if you have a solid critical care background
• Ability to complete standard onboarding, competency, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate patient updates effectively
• Support safe, efficient workflow and deliver compassionate care throughout the shift
