‍⚕️ 16 beds | 1:2 ratio
Neuro, respiratory, sepsis & critical care patients
Titrate vasoactive drips
Epic | Phillips monitors
RNs read their own strips
✅ BLS & ACLS | 2+ years experience
⚠️ ECG exam required on Day 2 — pass/fail
Float to MSICU, PCCU & boarders
Every other weekend
No call
Navy blue scrubs
1 major + 1 minor holiday
