NurseAmerica Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Utica, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience, proficiency with CRRT and Prismaflex, and the ability to care for complex Neuro/Medical, CTICU, and Surgical/Trauma patients.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive critical care to patients with neurological, medical, cardiovascular, and surgical conditions
Care for patients with stroke, sepsis, altered mental status, respiratory failure, CHF, cardiogenic shock, trauma, and major postoperative conditions
Operate specialized equipment, including IABP, CRRT, Prismaflex, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM
Float to assigned units as required, excluding Behavioral Health and the Emergency Department unless holding
Document patient care using EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
Active New York RN License
Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; 4–5 years preferred
Experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, or Neuro ICU
Travel nursing experience required
CRRT and Prismaflex experience required
EPIC EMR experience required
Cardiovascular or cardiac care experience highly preferred
NurseAmerica Healthcare Job ID #3. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
