• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; 2 years of ICU experience with vent management, arterial lines, PICC lines, ports, chest tubes, drains, wounds, ostomies, OG, NG tubes, PPE usage, arrhythmia identification, cardioversions, TEEs, post heart cath patient care, defibrillator use, pain management; valid RN license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilators, EPIC charting system, and ability to read telemetry strips.
• Responsibilities: Manage patients with diagnoses such as DKA, COVID, CHF, MVA, CVA, Sepsis, overdose, and similar conditions. Float to PCU and med-surg units as needed, with patient ratios typically 1:2 or 1:3 in ICU.
• Additional Information: Willingness to work every third weekend and holiday, with flexibility. No call or standby duties required.
