ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Day Shifts

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of ICU experience to provide high-quality care in a 33-bed Level II Trauma ICU. This is a 36-hour/week, 12-hour day shift position with every other weekend and 2 holiday requirements.

Position Highlights:

  • 33-bed ICU with 1:2–3 nurse-to-patient ratio
  • Care for trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, renal failure, vascular, and overdose patients
  • EPIC charting system
  • Floating to PCU/Med-Surg as needed
  • Travelers cannot live within a 50-mile radius or be employed by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive ICU care, including monitoring critically ill patients.
  • Titrate cardiac, insulin, and sedation drips.
  • Interpret and document telemetry rhythms.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Driver's license required at submission
  • Experience with ventilated and high-acuity patients preferred
