Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey.
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients in a Step-Down Unit.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition.
- Recognize and respond to medical emergencies using sound clinical judgment.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Prioritize and manage patient care based on acuity and changing clinical needs.
- Work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with every 3rd weekend and some holiday coverage required.
Med Ninjas Job ID #20931. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
