ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment while providing high-quality care to critical patients.

Job Details

  • Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
  • Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience is required.
  • Active Ohio nursing license or an active compact state license is required.
  • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
