Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Woodruff, Wisconsin.
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2304
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Variable day and night shifts available
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float to other units as needed, including possible float to Med/Surg
• Facility float to Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk locations - floating can and will be prescheduled
• May be placed on low census and put on call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with 34-bed Med/Surg unit
• Patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-1:4 for IMC, 1:5-1:6 for Med/Surg
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; one travel assignment preferred but not required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility

This medical center operates a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit alongside a 34-bed Med/Surg unit, providing comprehensive inpatient care across multiple levels of acuity. The facility is part of a larger health system with multiple locations, offering staff the opportunity to work across various sites. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and utilizes EPIC as its primary charting system.
