ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

Shift Details

• Orientation Schedule: First Shift Orientation (6 hours, non-billable)
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Hours: 12-hour Night Shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As needed; candidates should be available for scheduling unless previously requested off
• Floating Requirement: Willingness to float to all inpatient units as needed

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of ICU nursing experience required; preferred 3-5 years
• New Graduates: Not accepted
• Licenses and Certifications: Must possess an active Illinois nursing license, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

Credentialing Requirements

All credentials must be submitted by the Thursday before the start date.

Payroll

Pay periods are biweekly.
