You will lead a team of caregivers, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and delegation. • PEARS certification to be obtained within 12 months of hire
• Moderate sedation training to be completed within 12 months of hire annually thereafter
• Minimum one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments
• State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
• TNCC certification obtained within 12 months of hire
• ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire
• PALS certification to be obtained within 12 months of hire
