  • Location: Concord, NH 03301
  • Floating: May be required to float to other inpatient units and affiliated hospital sites as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience required
  • Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Previous travel nurse experience preferred; first-time travelers are not accepted
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced critical care environment
  • CVICU experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with Cerner is preferred, but not required
  • Must be comfortable floating to ED holds, stepdown, and med-surg with modified assignments
  • Must be open to additional float needs, including behavioral health if requested
  • Resume, RN skills checklist, license verification, and RTO must be included with submission

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient status, assess changes quickly, and respond with appropriate interventions
  • Care for patients requiring advanced critical care equipment and therapies, including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun/TTM, and rapid infusers
  • Deliver flexible clinical support across float areas when assigned
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols, safety standards, and clinical best practices
  • Contribute to a reliable, team-oriented environment throughout the holiday coverage period
