Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in the Pacific Northwest region. This role involves providing critical care to adult patients, with responsibilities including managing complex patient conditions, utilizing advanced monitoring equipment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The position requires flexibility to float between units as needed and is scheduled for night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or related critical care settings, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRNS). Experience with acute kidney injury management, arterial line care, ventilator management, and complex patient monitoring required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, including Epic; prior critical care or trauma experience is advantageous.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a short-term acute care facility with 36 beds and providing care for adult patients. Candidates must be comfortable floating between units and facilities in the region. Travel and accommodation arrangements will be managed accordingly, with the opportunity for additional incentives during floating to certain facilities. Candidates should be prepared to work at least three of the five major holidays and have reliable transportation.
