  • Position Description: The role entails delivering high-level critical care within an acute care setting, with responsibilities including patient monitoring, administering treatments, and responding to emergencies. The assignment includes floating throughout a zone covering a 60-mile radius, potentially to other locations or acuity levels such as ICU, Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MS-Tele). The candidate must be available for the week of orientation in the state.
  • Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit, ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU.
  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The candidate will undergo a multi-step interview process including an interview with the MedSol Clinical Team, with no Unit Manager involvement. The position requires float capability and adherence to hospital policies regarding cancellations and charting systems (EPIC).
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must be in state during the week of orientation. No facility or organization names are included; references are to the organization and healthcare provider generally.
