Job Summary
The organization is seeking an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nurse for a clinical assignment in an acute care hospital setting. The selected candidate will provide critical care services to a high-acuity neuro and trauma patient population, including stroke, cardiovascular emergencies, and multi-trauma cases. This role involves night shifts and requires a dedicated professional ready to contribute to patient recovery and safety.

Job Details

• Position: ICU Nurse
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid CA license; ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications; minimum 2 years of ICU experience; experience with neuro, trauma, stroke, and cardiovascular cases; experience with electronic medical charting systems; prior travel experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Level 2 Trauma and Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center environments.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours weekly
• Additional Information: The position involves floating between ICU and overflow units as needed. Candidates must submit two references covering the last 3 years, inclusive of at least one year of recent clinical experience. Candidates are expected to work three of the five major holidays. Some experience working with high acuity neuro populations is preferred.
