Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting serving an adult patient population
  • Manage patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 depending on acuity
  • Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
  • Float within the Critical Care unit as required by staffing needs
  • Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation requirements (every other weekend and holiday)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
  • Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Experience in a Teaching Hospital and Trauma Level I Facility
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting system
  • PA Fingerprinting required; must be completed within one week of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements specific to travel nursing assignments
