Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Support facility leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Ensure competency of clinical staff.
• Manage resources effectively related to patient care.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ICU/CCU settings.
• Must be willing to float to different units as needed, including ICU, PCU, Tele, or Med/Surge.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
