Job Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients.
• Follow established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Use critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
• Exercise professional and supervisory discretion.
  Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to critically ill medical, surgical, and trauma patients.
• Closely monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory status, and other vital signs.
• Recognize signs of patient deterioration and respond appropriately.
• Provide continuous assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care and treatment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Use critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff as required.
  Required Certifications
• BLS
  RN State License
