  • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); professional certification in critical care nursing (e.g., CCRN).
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role involves documentation of all care activities, responding to patient changes, and participating in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
