• Additional Information: Provides direct patient care in an ICU environment with a focus on critically ill patients. Utilizes specialized skills and judgment to evaluate patient needs and coordinate multidisciplinary care. Participates in ongoing education, quality improvement activities, and ensures documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
