  • Position Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. The RN is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction and utilizes specialized knowledge and judgment to provide appropriate care based on the patient's developmental and physical needs.
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or an acceptable compact RN license, BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months in the specialty area of ICU is preferred.
  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The position involves providing direct patient care, monitoring patient responses, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting care in accordance with policy.
