Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position in en_US. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services and utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to care for patients across different age groups.
Job Details
- Position Description: This role requires assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs, as well as discharge planning. It involves reviewing patient history, diagnostics, laboratory data, and completing assessments and reassessments as necessary.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and related clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.
- Additional Information: Provides direct patient care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, documents care and patient responses, and participates in professional development activities.
