ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medical equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and care processes.
• Document patient information and care activities in the electronic health record.
• Float to other units as required based on patient needs.

Shift Details

• Shift: Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)
• Weekend requirement: Yes
• No block schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required.
• First-time applicants are welcome.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
• Preferred charting experience: EPIC.
• Must be willing to float to other units as needed.
