Position Summary Accountable for the care of a group of intensive care patients, focusing on safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes. Utilizes the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans while supporting evidence-based practice and supervising licensed/unlicensed staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN experience
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Required Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN)
