Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN position is based in a healthcare facility located in IN. This role involves providing critical care to vent-dependent patients, managing IV drips, and occasionally handling recoveries after hours. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to patient care and recovery.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Critical care RN caring for vent-dependent, IV drip management, and post-procedure recoveries in a 14-bed unit on a 72-bed facility, with a monthly patient volume of 175.
• Required Qualifications: RN license in the state of IN, ACLS and BLS certifications, 1-2 years of critical care experience, proficiency with Cerner EMR, current driver's license.
• Schedule: Nights shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, every third weekend, with 36 hours minimum per week.
• Additional Information: May be asked to float to Medical-Surgical Telemetry units with a patient ratio of 6:1. Block scheduling is an option; specifics to be discussed with the manager.
• Submission Requirements: Applicants must include a valid driver's license and permanent home address matching their ID. Travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
