Job Details
- Schedule: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, ACLS (American Heart Association - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The RN will collect relevant patient health data, analyze assessment information, develop and implement care plans, evaluate outcomes, collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members, and participate in discharge planning. The role requires the delegation and coordination of duties within the healthcare team. All associates must comply with vaccination requirements, with exemptions possible for medical and religious reasons.
