Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nights shift in an acute care setting. This position involves ventilator management, vasoactive medication administration, and care for psychiatric patients. The role requires proficiency in ICU procedures with a focus on patient safety and clinical accuracy.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Three 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM shifts per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current Indiana or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), 2+ years of Medical, Surgical, and/or ICU experience, with at least 1 year ICU experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vent management, vasoactive gtts, and psychiatric patients.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units within the Critical Care department.
• Additional Information:
  • Orientation includes 2 days on the floor after a jumpstart orientation program.
  • Orientation schedule: Monday through Friday of week 1 and Monday-Tuesday of week 2, each day 8 hours, with mandatory attendance for all 7 days.
  • Unit utilizes EPIC computer charting, Pyxis medication administration, and ventilators including Bipap and EV 100s.
  • Bed size: 12; Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2 or 1:3.
  • Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs.
  • Charting system: EPIC.
  • Trauma Level: Not specified.
  • Shift Notes: 3:00 PM 3:00 AM.
  • Certifications required: ACLS and BLS.
  • Length of assignment: Start date 10/05/2026, end date 01/04/2027.
