ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Intensive Care Unit and will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population ranging from adults to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients with conditions such as sepsis, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, DKA, and stroke post-TPA.
• Handle advanced patient care, including dialysis, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care.
• Utilize clinical systems including Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR for patient management and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required; CCRN certification is preferred.
• Ventilator experience is required.
• Must be able to float within the facility and to sister campuses as needed.

Work Schedule

• Shifts: Night shifts (3x12 hours) from 18:45 to 07:15.
• Weekend commitment: Every other weekend required.
• Holiday commitment: Expected to work on major holidays as scheduled.

• Block schedules are not available.
