Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is needed for a position in a healthcare facility located in Mequon, Wisconsin. The role involves providing specialized patient care on an acuity adaptable unit, with shifts during the night hours. The nurse will work with both ICU/Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) and Medical/Surgical patients. Previous experience in ICU settings and flexibility to float within the facility or to nearby sites within 40 miles is required.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of experience working with ICU/IMC and Medical/Surgical patients, experience on acuity adaptable units, willingness to float onsite or to sites within 40 miles, no artificial or acrylic nails and nails must be short (1/4 inch).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with ICU/IMC and Medical/Surgical patients on acuity adaptable units, ability to work independently, strong clinical skills in critical care.
• Additional Information: The role requires working with complex patient cases in a fast-paced environment, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and adhering to safety and infection control guidelines. Flexibility to float within the facility or to nearby sites is essential.
