  • Required Qualifications: BLS Certification prior to first shift, ACLS Certification prior to first shift, minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience
  • Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, developing individualized care plans, participating in patient rehabilitation programs, initiating discharge planning, and documenting all patient interactions accurately.
  • Provides supervision to ancillary nursing staff, delegates tasks appropriately, and ensures compliance with hospital and nursing policies.
  • Maintains communication with management regarding supplies, equipment, and clinical training needs.
  • Assumes charge responsibility after orientation as requested and actively pursues continuing education for professional growth.
  • Additional duties include prioritizing patient care activities, participating in team building, and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS.
