- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, or relevant clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification in critical care preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Formulates and revises care plans based on assessment data and patient needs.
- Implements and evaluates nursing interventions, delegating appropriately while providing supervision.
- Documents patient care activities accurately and timely in the medical record.
- Participates in clinical research activities and unit leadership initiatives.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and communicates effectively across departments and external contacts.
