Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, specifically focusing on Neurological and Stroke cases utilizing EPIC charting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients in a 1:2 or occasionally 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Be prepared to float to other units or facilities including Skokie, Highland Park, and Glenbrook as needed.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois RN License.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years strong ICU experience, with focus on Neuro and Stroke care.
• Proficiency in EPIC Charting.
• Completion of an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher.
