Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma, ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC); 0.0 years of experience minimum
- Preferred Qualifications: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing
- Additional Information: Inpatient float pool ICU position with a block weekend schedule available. The role requires proficiency in patient assessment, discharge planning, bedside point of care testing, healthcare standards adherence, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, safety management, complex problem-solving, effective communication, cost-effective care, public policy awareness, regulatory compliance, cultural competence, task prioritization, and research application.
