Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Certification and Education Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required, with a minimum of 0 years of experience necessary.
  • Responsibilities: Management of trauma and post-op surgical patients, ventilator and hemodynamic support, chest tube care, stroke patient management, procedural skills including chest tube placement, ventriculostomy, CRRT, therapeutic hypothermia, ECMO, arterial and central line placement.
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
  • Dress Code: Navy or black scrub bottoms and navy, white, or black scrub tops and jackets; solid colors only.
  • Additional Information: Unit staffed for optimal patient care with specialized equipment, including documentation systems, and a focus on patient experience and safety.
