### Join Our Team as an RN in the MICU! **Job Description:** - **Location:** Nashville, TN - **Unit Name:** MICU - **Cost Center:** 650 - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** 31 - **Patient Ratios:** - 2:1, - Occasionally 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity/staffing - **Unit Staffing Description:** - Unit secretary available during dayshift - Occasional nurse extern working as a tech - **Type of Equipment:** - Ventilators, - EVDs, - CRRT, - SLED, - EV 1000 - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Scheduling Requirements:** - Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule - Schedule organized in 4-week increments - Self-scheduling with managerial adjustments - **Floating Policy:** - Contract labor first to float - Expected to float to med/surg if staffing needs arise - **Patient Experience Requirements:** - Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and family members **Hospital Specifics:** - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - BLS **Hiring Profile:** - **Requested Skill Set:** - Active RN license - ACLS - BLS - ICU experience - **Advanced Skills Essential:** - Insertion of central lines - Arterial lines - Lumbar punctures - Chest tube insertions - EVD insertions **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs, tops, and bottoms **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
