ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, working alongside a team of medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of practice and patient safety.
  • Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, responding effectively to changes in health status.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records of care.
  • Participate in patient education and advocacy to support recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an ICU setting.
  • Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS are required.
  • Ability to float within scope to medical-surgical units as needed.
  • Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts.
  • A current, valid nursing license is required (pending licenses are not accepted).

Schedule

This position is for a 3x12-hour day shift, from 07:00 to 19:00.
