Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring TX or compact RN license and Cerner EMR experience.

Details

  • Work in the Medical-Surgical ICU (2I MS ICU) at a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
  • 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 expected weekly hours)
  • Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
  • Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

  • Active TX or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Prevention First certification required (30-minute on-demand course)
  • Required ICU experience as specified for the position
  • Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
  • Valid driver's license required for consideration
  • Social Security number (full or last 4) and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
  • Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
  • Change of agency is not permitted once engaged with this client
  • Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
