**Exciting Opportunity for a House Supervisor - Make an Impact in Patient Care!**
Join our dynamic team as a House Supervisor and take charge of a critical role that shapes the patient experience in a vibrant healthcare environment. Your leadership will guide a 311+ bed facility, including:
- Emergency Department
- Family Birth Place
- Surgical Services
- 14 Medical Surgical Units
- 20-Bed ICU
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise nursing care across all units
- Oversee the ICU charge and providers as part of the Rapid Response Team and Code Team
- Collaborate with staffing coordinators to ensure optimal patient care
- Support the off-shift nurse manager during designated hours
- Manage crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques effectively
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS
- 1+ years of experience in Inpatient Acute Care
- Proficient in Epic electronic health record system
- Strong capabilities in Code Management, Emergency Preparedness, and Infection Control
- Expertise in managing narcotic diversion and incident reporting
- Ability to supervise nursing care and ensure workplace safety
**Work Schedule:**
- Flexibility in availability required for shifts:
- Day: 07:30 - 15:30
- Night: 23:30 - 07:30
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays availability necessary
**Additional Information:**
- Navy blue or white combo scrubs required
- Local candidates are not accepted (must reside > 75 miles away)
