Travel Nurse RN - House Supervisor - $2,779 per week in Gouverneur, NY

Patient Population: CHF, pneumonia, chest pain rule-outs, syncope, diverticulitis, cellulitis, COPD, alcohol/opioid withdrawal, and debility. Unit Details: Mixed medical, detox, and swing-bed/rehab patients; subacute care, wound care, and long-term IV antibiotics.

Schedule: Night Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as House Supervisor or RN Manager; ED experience mandatory

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required

• Beds/Census: 25-bed inpatient unit; average daily census 19

• Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW)

• Local Candidates: Not accepted; must live more than 50 miles away

• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted

• Patient Population: CHF, pneumonia, chest pain rule-outs, syncope, diverticulitis, cellulitis, COPD, alcohol/opioid withdrawal, and debility

• Unit Details: Mixed medical, detox, and swing-bed/rehab patients; subacute care, wound care, and long-term IV antibiotics

• Ratios: Days 1:6; nights 1:7, with LPN support

• Special Equipment: Bariatric equipment available as needed

• Dress Code: Scrubs required; no specific color

• Respiratory Therapy: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM

• Facility Details: Day surgery only, 7-bed ER, and 25-bed inpatient unit.
