**Position Highlights:**
- **Average Daily Census:** 19
- **Beds Available:** 25
- **Weekend Coverage:** Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- **Local Candidates Accepted:** No (must be > 50 miles)
- **Experience Required:** 1 year in House Supervisor or RN Manager role
- **First-Time Travelers:** Not accepted
**Certification Requirements:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
**Patient Population:**
- CHF
- Pneumonia
- Observation for chest pain
- Syncope
- Diverticulitis
- Cellulitis
- COPD
- ETOH withdrawal
- Opiate withdrawal
- Debility
**Unit Details:**
- Scattered bed unit serving swing bed, detox, and medical patients
- Special Equipment: Bariatric equipment rented as needed
- Hospital includes a day surgery only, 7 bed ER, and 25 bed inpatient unit
- **RN Ratio:** 1:6 days, 1:7 nights with LPN support for medication pass and ALC/swing bed assignments
- Majority of patients require rehab for debility, wound care, and long-term IV antibiotics
**Work Environment:**
- No formal dress code, scrubs required
- RT services available Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 3 PM
**Shift:**
- Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
