Schedule: Supervisory role with flexibility to float between RN House Supervisor and ICU RN based on facility census

Highlights:
  • Dual supervisory role overseeing patient care operations and ICU unit leadership
  • Lead emergency response events including Code Blue and Rapid Response teams
  • Manage critical care services including ventilator management and tracheostomy care
  • Paper charting system utilized at this facility

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
  • Active Texas RN license or compact multi-state license required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (required)
  • Minimum 4 years recent RN House Supervisory experience in a hospital setting
  • Minimum 4 years recent ICU Supervisory experience in a hospital setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in emergency event leadership (Code Blue/Rapid Response)
  • Proficiency in care of critically ill patients, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care
  • Strong skills in venipuncture and IV initiation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organizational abilities
