House Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nursing and will play a critical role in managing nursing capacity and ensuring quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Oversee patient flow and bed management to optimize care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient care needs and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and standards of care.
• Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation during shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required.
• Previous experience with Cerner and as a Charge Nurse strongly preferred.
• Completion of at least one travel assignment is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS.
• NIHSS certification is preferred.
• Pending licenses will be accepted.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position with guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week.
• Shifts consist of a combination of 12- or 10-hour evening and night shifts to fulfill weekly hours.
• Holiday and weekend rotation as needed.
• Scrub color: Ceil Blue.
• Patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:5-6.
