Job Details
- Position Description: This position will work a dual role. The Healthcare Professional (HCP) will be scheduled shifts as House Supervisor and Transfer Center Coordinator. Will be required to work shifts at the facility's Fort Madison campus as House Supervisor at times.
- Shift: Nights, 1830 - 0700 for House Supervisor and 1900 - 0730 for Transfer Center Coordinator.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license/certificate verification; registered nurse (RN) license with previous Epic experience within the last 12 months; clinical knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices; 0 years of experience required.
- Additional Information: The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for coordination and direction of activities on nursing units and other departments in the absence of Nurse Managers and Administration. Supervises staff providing general nursing care. Provides high-quality nursing services to diverse populations, maintaining current knowledge of standards and ensuring compliance. The Transfer Center Coordinator facilitates efficient patient transfers, coordinating communication between transferring and receiving medical staff, arranging transportation, and maintaining detailed transfer records. Both roles involve weekend and holiday rotations.
