- **Position:** CA RN House Supervisor
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours weekly
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Facilitate communication between departments and staff members.
- Monitor patient care standards and implement improvements as necessary.
- Serve as a resource for medical and operational issues that arise overnight.
**Requirements:**
- Active California RN license.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; NRP preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start date.
