  • Preferred Qualifications: Ability to float between three facilities in San Diego (SDMC, Zion, San Marcos) and across different units based on facility needs; willingness to work weekends; previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Additional Information: This position requires flexibility to float between units and facilities, including potential shifts in patient acuity levels. Scheduling occurs two weeks in advance, and staffing may vary by schedule. Candidates must be willing to work weekends.
