Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Traveler Float RN Hospice to provide quality care across the entire Cape, including the Yarmouth, Harwich, and Orleans regions. This travel assignment involves delivering compassionate hospice care in patients' homes and facilities, focusing on maximizing patient comfort and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of the Traveler Float RN Hospice- Participate in inter-disciplinary patient case conferences as needed.
- Utilize critical thinking and organizational skills to assess and respond to patient needs.
- Communicate efficiently and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
- Provide care with a compassionate attitude, documenting skilled care and teaching clearly.
- Ensure completion of admission paperwork and obtain valid MD orders for care.
- Implement the Plan of Care in compliance with regulations and supervise Hospice Aides.
- Assist in the orientation of new staff and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements of the Traveler Float RN Hospice- Successful passage of VNA pre-hire medication test
- Current RN license in Massachusetts and related credentials
- Two (2) years of Hospice RN Case Management experience
- Hospice Home Care experience, IV Certification, computer skills, and BSN preferred
