Job Details:

• Schedule: Four consecutive shifts plus on-call responsibilities each week, with on-call hours from 5 PM to 8 AM.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), current licensure in Maine, and at least two years of experience, including one year of travel experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: The role entails triaging after-hours calls, collaborating with the inpatient hospice team, completing after-hours admissions and visits, and performing check-in calls with newly admitted patients who were readmitted between 8 AM and 5 PM.
